wardog.ai is operated by Prodia Systems Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 822962, with its registered office at 27 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 X361, Ireland. “We” and “WARDOG” in these terms mean that company.

Scope

These terms cover use of the wardog.ai website. Use of the WARDOG platform itself is governed by a separate agreement entered into with each early-access participant.

Information on this site

WARDOG is in active development. Material on this site describes the intended architecture and capability set. It is not an offer, a warranty, or a statement that any capability is generally available.

Demonstration material

Any scenario, incident record or portfolio view shown on this site is sample material created for illustration. It does not represent a real customer, estate or incident.

Intellectual property

The WARDOG name, mark and the content of this site remain the property of Prodia Systems Limited. You may reference and link to it; you may not reproduce it as your own. Full detail is on the copyright and trademarks page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it. Report anything you find via the security page.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on material published here while the product is in early access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers keep any rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

These terms may be updated as the product moves through early access. The current version always applies.
